Here is a heart wrenching news. Menka, an old user of Desi Rater has been in an accident. According to her friend, Amita:

"Just urgent news. Dear Menka has met with an accident.
She was traveling in a bus to visit for a project when their bus was attacked by terrorists. A road bomb exploded and Menka was sitting in a window seat and it exploded just in front of her.
She is in comma, this happened on 11th August. She is being in hospital since then and all her body is in bandage. She can't move or talk. She has almost lost her left leg, all the bones are broken. I am just crying to write this.
Doctor said don't know how long will she remain in comma or may even die any time. Everyday 10 bottles of blood is given to her.
One of her friend was also with her and both of them are in almost same condition.

Please Please Please PRAY to GOD for at least getting her life back.
I don't have much time. I am going to hospital.

Please forward these news to all her friends.
and please Pray for her. at least she come out of comma.
PLEASE PRAY FOR HER AND WISH FOR HER LIFE."

Users are reporting lost comments on their profiles. If you have lost all of your comments (Not just some of them), please shoot me an email. Due to Database malfunction, the comments left after Dec 2nd 2007 are deleted.

At around 11 PM everyday, my sweet little server goes through a reboot. During this 3-5 minutes window, the site may be unavailable. Please don't freak out, give it a little while to come back to life :)
